No, there is no chance that ants would become golden if they lived in a golden environment! Selection is the mechanism driving evolution - thus birds selected for moths to match their background (darker moths have a greater chance of not being eaten by birds if they are resting on a dark background). To get golden ants you would probably have to choose the most golden queens to breed from - it might take very many generations and a long, long time!
